Facing up to new challenges means finding new ways of working together.

The Labs provide a 'safe-fail' space where professionals from across an organisation can come together to explore and prototype new solutions to challenges they face. Designed and hosted by Spaghetti, these Labs enable participants to experience new ways of working that they can take back to their organisation.

Spaghetti is currently exploring how these safe-fail experiments can benefit local government.
This blog site is a live showcase of the reflections and experiences of participants.
